Were You Sued By SRIPLAW In Beersy LLC FSLD Case No. 0:2023-cv-61464?

One of the newest trademark infringement actions brought by one of the most well-known plaintiff trademark litigation firms, SRIPLAW, is the matter of BEERSY LLC v. THE INDIVIDUALS, PARTNERSHIPS AND UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS IDENTIFIED ON SCHEDULE “A,” which is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida with a Case No. of 0:22-cv-61464-AHS

If you or your company has ended up being placed on what is called “Schedule A,” which identifies 229 defendants at the time of this writing, then feel free to contact us and explain your situation to us. Whether you have sold any infringing items or not, you have likely had your seller account frozen on a site such as Alibaba, Amazon, or eBay, and we have had success causing early resolutions with SRIPLAW to unfreeze your account(s). This firm has lawyers licensed in the Southern District of Florida, and we can jump on it immediately.

The worst thing you can do is wait, because it can become much more expensive to fight a matter and ultimately resolve it once a temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injunction have been entered by the court. It’s not the end of the road and not all hope is lost, but the sooner we can come in and help, the better it will be for you, most importantly from the perspective of how much money you need to come out of pocket. What good does it do for you if you end up spending tens of thousands of dollars on us or another trademark infringement defense firm if you could have paid much less to SRIPLAW (or nothing at all) by being proactive?

These cases, such as the one brought by BEERSY LLC with Case Number: FSLD0:22-cv-61464-AHS, tend to be very detailed and difficult for lawyers who are not well-versed in trademark law to fully appreciate and manage effectively. For instance, in the BEERSY LLC case, SRIPLAW is alleging, on behalf of its client, that certain individuals, partnerships, and unincorporated associations set forth on a schedule attached to the Complaint have been causing individual, concurrent, and indivisible harm to BEERSY LLC and the consuming public by (i) depriving plaintiff and other third parties of their right to fairly compete for space within search engine results and reducing the visibility of plaintiff’s genuine goods on the World Wide Web, (ii) causing an overall degradation of the value of the goodwill associated with the BEERSY LLC trademarks, and (iii) increasing plaintiff’s overall cost to market its goods and educate consumers via the Internet.
