It is a craft tested over time and constantly modified, depending on the involved parties and circumstances surrounding the situation. No one method of negotiating is proper for all occasions; the best negotiators are those who put in the time and effort to conduct ample research on the underlying issues concerning the negotiation and the positions and interests of those at the bargaining table.
