We love it when clients are able to beat our projection of 9-12 months from trademark application to registration. One client to recently capture that prize is Influential Drones LLC, which was awarded its registration for “Influential Drones” on May 14, 2019. The filing date of the application was September 18, 2018, which means that the client received an early surprise.
The mark is being used in conjunction with aerial surveying services and the like.
Heitner Legal was called out of the bullpen for the next recent registration. Big League Pillows LLC initially went the less-expensive route of hiring a third party servicer and quickly discovered that their services were insufficient. Heitner Legal was able to assist in fixing the application and getting it to registration, on May 7.
“Big League Pillows” is being used with the creation and sale of pillows in the shape of sports jerseys.
Finally, we helped powerhouse Rosenhaus Sports Representation Inc. with the registration of its “RSR Baseball” mark. It really wanted this registration as it expands its more traditional football practice to also representing prominent baseball players.
