The United States Patent and Trademark Office approved two Heitner Legal clients’, Duenas Mobile Applications LLC and Webonise US LLC, trademarks on June 14, 2016.
Duenas Mobile Applications’ trademark features a stylized “SM”, while Webonise US trademarked the term “H2Observer” in standard form.
Duenas Mobile Applications focuses on music mobile applications and will use the trademark for its application Sertanejo Mix. GooglePlay describes Sertanejo Mix as a mobile application “for those who like country music and to stay on top of everything that is out there.” Duenas Mobile Applications has also created the mobile application MyMixtapez, which currently has over one million downloads on the Appstore, and over five million downloads on Google Play.
Webonise US will use the “H2Observer” trademark for a tool that will connect consumers with data and imagery of past and present water imagery. Webonise US plans to use that imagery to have a meaningful impact on the planet.
