Alan Wilmot serves as a Partner at Heitner Legal, PLLC – an intellectual property, sports, and entertainment law firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida – where he currently heads the law firm’s gaming department. In his role, Alan Wilmot provides a wide variety of legal services for various operators and vendors in the gaming industry, including, but not limited to, drafting legal opinions for social gaming, fantasy sports, and skill game operators; terms and conditions, privacy policy, AML/KYC policies, and other necessary documents; intellectual property needs; contract review and drafting; business formation; and other legal services as required to assist start-ups and large-sized companies alike.
