Much like the practice of Sports Law, the field of Entertainment Law requires individuals who are familiar with the nuances of the discipline and the actors involved therein.  We have litigated disputes between artists and labels, artists and managers, artists and nightclubs, models and infringers, etc.  However, our skill is not simply limited to litigation.  Our transacational matters have included the drafting, revising and negotiation of 360 Agreements, exclusive and non-exclusive management contracts, administration deals, venue agreements, and more.
